Intensity pro , out of range monitor?

PostWed Apr 16, 2014 2:43 am

Hi,

I have the intensity pro and monitor that support 1920 1080 Full Hd

When I connect the monitor to the intensity Pro, I have a message on the screen that say out of range.

I have try all the setting on intensity pro and always's the same thing.

I also Have a DP4 and have no problem.

Is it possible that the monitor is not compatible?

It's a Asus MX239. I know it's not the best thing, but this is What I have for now.

Hop someone can help me

Most of the settings in the BM control panel refer to input resolutions. What software are you trying to play back in and what res/frame rate is the footage?
Are you saying that if you connect the DP4 to the Intensity then it gives a signal? If yes then I would have to say the Asus screen is not compatible with the signal from the Intensity.
