Blackmagic DeckLink Studio 2 won't capture in VirtualDub app

Hello,

we've purchased the Blackmagic DeckLink Studio 2 with serial number: 619744.

We are capturing video in VirtualDub application and sometimes we are getting an error:
Virtual dub has crashed: An out-of-bounds memory access (access violation) occurred in module 'DeckLink'...

OS: Windows 7 SP1 64bit
Type of connection: connected via HDMI switch ATEN VS481A.
