Resolve crashes at startup. I have uninstalled and reinstalled, but the problem persists. This is an LGA2011 x70 chipset board with a I7 4820 running @ default speeds with 32 gigs of Kingston Desktop Memory KHX24C11T3K4/32X and a eVGA Geforce GTX 780.

Some reading has shown this to be a DEP error, but can anyone confirm that?

I turned off PED and it still crashes with the same error message. I've tried installing and reinstalling. Still nothing.
