Decklink SDI 4K WDM Capture

Hello,

i have a Decklink SDI 4K card. At the device manager on Win7 x64 i only see the following devices:
-Blackmagic RS422 Serial Port
-Blackmagic Audio
-Blackmagic Design IO Driver

With the older Decklink HD Extreame i had this one:
-Blackmagic RS422 Serial Port
-Blackmagic Audio
-Blackmagic DeckLink WDM Streaming
-Blackmagic Driver

I want to use FFMPEG to capture from the SDI 4K, but i only find the "Decklink Video Capture". With this i only get a Black Sreen. I want to get the "Blackmagic WMD Capture". How can i do this with the SDI 4K card? Because with the older HD Extreame it worked.
