If the panel network connection is not active when you start Resolve, the Resolve panel daemon app will stop trying to communicate with the panel after a minute of no response. So make sure the panel is connected and running when you launch Resolve. Otherwise, it would seem to be some sort of network issue.
Resolve only supports BMD capture/display hardware.
