H264 Pro Recorder Freezes in Media Express and SDK

Using Windows 10 x64

When capturing video using the H264 Pro Recorder within Media Express if you plug in a phone to the PC via USB, let the PC recognize it and then unplug the phone the video freezes and the last half second of the audio continues to loop. Only way to unfreeze is to unplug the USB to the H264 Pro Recorder.

Can replicate this functionality within implemented solution using the SDK.

Does not occur when only previewing video in either Media Express or SDK solution.

Have tested on Media Express 3.5.3 (Desktop Video 10.9.7) and Media Express 3.5.5 (Desktop Video 10.9.11)
