Cannot install drivers for Decklink 4K on Rocky 9.3

I have gotten this far in the readme.txt:

lspci | grep Blackmagic
07:00.0 Multimedia video controller: Blackmagic Design DeckLink Mini Monitor 4K

But

 lsmod | grep blackmagic

returns nothing.

The driver didn't load.

I am on 5.14.0-362.8.1.el9_3.x86_64.

I tried to follow the code modifcations suggested in related threads but the source files don't relate exactly.

I would really appreciate some guidance.
