RAW SDK - Encode modify and Encode back video

Hi,
I am trying to modify a video with opencv but I cannot see any way in the raw sdk to encode back the video after modifying, anyones knows how to achieve this? I only see modifications in the metadata but not in the video on itself :?.

It's not gonna be RAW anymore if you change it though. What kind of processing do you want to perform ?
