PCIe Bus Error: severity=Uncorrected on Linux, Decklink 8K

We used Decklink 8k pro with Nvidia Jetson AGX for capturing and internal keying but randomly got PCIe Bus Error: severity=Uncorrected that forced us to reboot the entire system and it is absolutely unacceptable.
We tried galvanic isolation on the cables from video source and to the monitor, but even in this configuration we got the same errors. Then we tried x86 configuration with Debian and we got the same errors.
Finally we've built x86+Win configuration and it seems to be stable (we are still testing),
but our software was developed for Nvidia Jetson AGX.
It turns out that the problem can be solved at the software level - driver or kernel.
Maybe someone can help us.
