Fedora 17 : BlackMagicControlPanel crashed

Hi all ,

I work on a Fedora 17

I install successfully the desktopvideo-10.1.4a11 (the last version) package but i got the following
error when I launch the BlackMagic Control Panel by the command line and with the graphical manner :

I/O error : Resource temporarily unavailable
/etc/blackmagic/BlackmagicPreferences.xml:1: parser error : Document is empty

/etc/blackmagic/BlackmagicPreferences.xml:1: parser error : Start tag expected, '<' not found

Segmentation fault (core dumped)

What can I do?
