Intensity Shuttle Video Capture without Desktop Video

I have recently purchased the Intesity Shuttle USB 3.0 camera and am currently looking for technical support. As part of a project, I am testing the feasibility of differenI am writing a simple video capturing software using opencv in C++. I have an analog camera and I am able to load the video feed through Intensity Shuttle using the opencv program. The problem is I cannot capture i.e. save videos. (I have been able to save videos using the Desktop Video software. But I need to be able to do it with the C++ program)

Is there an Intensity Shuttle API that can be accessed for interfacing purpose? Or do you have other suggestions? Could you point me in the right direction?
