I have my Atem 1 M/E Production Switcher connected and I have my camera connected to it.
I installed the switcher control and adjusted the ip address and all is fine.
BUT when I installed Media express and then connected my switcher to my Mac using USB 3.0, the software could detect the switcher but it's grayed out and every time I would choose preferences, Media express crashes and can't reopen unless I disconnect the USB 3.0
What should do?!! It is very urgent
