ATEM library for Visual Studio Express searched

Hello and sorry for this newbe-question,

I wrote some Visual Studio Express Clients for CasparCG.

My current Idea is, to connect my clients also to my ATEM TVS to

1.) See, if my graphics is on air (Tally)
2.) See, which sources are general on air (also Tally)
3.) Switch DSK (maybe also USK) on/off

Does someone here did something like that and would share experiences and VB Express code ?

I was not aware that the AMCP commands to support ATEMs was released publicly.

Adding text based commands for AMCP would simplify software. I now must support
OSC (sound mixer and CasparCG playout status), E1.31 (DMX lighting), and ATEM UDP packets.
