Blackmagic Intensity Pro Drivers Windows 7

Hi All,

Writing to seek assistance on the Blackmagic Intensity pro drivers on windows 7. I understand that is a software download with the name of "Desktop Video 10.3.5" online.

Downloaded and installed, Program is working fine with the CPU but this doesn't solve the problem on Device manager. Under window device manager it's still stated as unknown device.

any advice? Many thanks in adv.

Ken -

Did you install the desktop driver and are you able to see the Intensity Pro name under device using Media Express software? Have you opened the Blackmagic Control Panel? That is how you manage the card settings. Can you confirm what software you want to use the Intensity Pro with on your system?
