Intensity Pro 4k does not work with XSplit

XSplit Broadcaster (xsplit dot com) provides integration to Black Magic capture cards on Window 7/8 via its supplied Decklink direct show filter.

The intensity Pro 4k product does not seems to to be supported by the Decklink direct show capture filter.

Input side is connected to XBOX ONE 720 p 60 FPS and filter provides various YUV only formats for output pin. Output pin set to YUV 760 p 60 fps format just produce black output

We are already using latest 10.4 drivers, do we need to do anything special ?

(Tried to write a support email twice, but the email overlay just goes away with absolutely no message when you click send, so I presume you did not get my emails. I tried to make include a URL to show this but this board will not allow me to include a URL).

Are u using our SDK and do you report bugs to BMD via other email
