I've been looking at the shuttle, extreme and express for a couple of weeks now, trying to figure out a couple of things.
1) the ultimate difference between the three, what exactly am I getting by going all the way up to the express over buying shuttle or extreme.
2) I'd like to upgrade to capturing live feeds and on the spot editing, IE live band videos, but for right now it's being used to capture signals from my PS3, The shuttle allows that... does the extreme/Express?
3) I'm using a MAC with Final Cut Pro 7. FCP 7 doesn't accept any signals from THUNDERBOLT, it'll only accept signals from FIREWIRE. So, Which hardware devices comes with what software devices, i.e. Media Express? Divinci? and do they work on Mac OS X Yosemite?
I ultimately don't have the money to spend on over shooting what I need, but I also don't want to undershoot. Can anyone help me out please.
