Missing 'DecklinkFilters.lib' ?

PostFri Sep 11, 2015 5:58 am

Hello.
I downloaded Decklink SDK 10.4.3.
I can run DecklinkCapture.exe located at Blackmagic DeckLink SDK 10.4.3\Win\DirectShow\Samples\bin.

I opened the DecklinkCapture project (Blackmagic DeckLink SDK 10.4.\Win\DirectShow\Samples\DecklinkCapture) in Visual Studio 2012 but when I try to compile I get an error that says:
LINK : fatal error LNK1104: Cannot open '..\lib\DecklinkFilters.lib'

I do not find the file 'DecklinkFilters.lib' in any directory.

Where is 'DecklinkFilters.lib' ?
What I miss ?
How to get the app compiled in VS2012 ?

Hi Katsumi,

DeckLinkFilters.lib is built as part of the 'Samples' solution in the SDK path Win\DirectShow\Samples\Samples.sln.

Please see the 'DeckLinkFilters' project in the Samples solution. There are a number of other dependancies built as part of the same solution.

Cheers,

Hi Nicholas.

Though I had trouble with the setting of the project to some extent, the warning was able to build all of left things in "Samples.sln".
I seem to be able to know SDK in this.

Thanks.
