software reset of a bmd

Hi,

I plug a lot of devices on the BMD and sometime i have no sound, sometimes the video is in NTSC instead of PAL, or the color is not the good one.
I need to unplug the usb3 of the intensity shuttle to reset the device.
Is there a way to init a reset from the SDK ?

Hi David,

The DeckLink SDK does not provide a mechanism to initiate a reset of the device.

Based on the behaviour described, I recommend contacting your local Blackmagic Design Support office for their assistance to identify the root cause of the issue you are experiencing.
