Possible IO connections in DeckLink 4K Extreme 12G

Hi !
This is the first time to develop an applicaton with DeckLink PCIe interface card series. I have seen example codes in SDK distributions, version 10.8.3. There are 1 HDMI input, 1 HDMI output, 2 SDI inputs, 2 SDI outputs, and two optical filber IO in the DeckLink 4K Extreme 12G.
Which combination of inputs and outputs are possible ?


Are the following connections are only possible ?

HDMI Input -> HDMI output
SDI channel A input -> SDI channel A output
SDI channel B input -> SDI channel B output
---------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Or is the following connection worked ?

---------------------------------------------------------------------------------
HDMI Input -> HDMI output
SDI channel A input -> SDI channel B output
SDI channel B input -> SDI channel A output
---------------------------------------------------------------------------------

If the cross connections are possible, then which APIs are used to achieve that ?
