StreamingPreview ImageDecompression.h

Trying to use the sample code with SDK for H.264 Box but it fails due to QuickTime/ImageDecompression.h missing. Running on 10.11 and upon further review it appears this has been deprecated and Video Toolbox is the way to go. Are there any recent samples for usage with the H.264 Pro?

Hi Roger,
The Mac StreamingPreview SDK sample has not yet been adapted from QuickTime to VideoToolbox, however a ticket has been created so that this can be addressed.
Please note that this affects building of the SDK sample only, and that use of the Streaming SDK itself has no dependency on QuickTime.
