IDeckLinkOutput::ScheduleVideoFrame questions

Dear Admins and forum,
I have a couple of questions related to IDeckLinkOutput::ScheduleVideoFrame method
1. Could different frames not be scheduled in order?
For instance, instead of send frames in the natural order: 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, etc... my question is if it can be sent this way: 1, 2, 3, 5, 4, 7, 6 etc... There will be one constrain always fulfilled: Next frame to the current frame ready to be released will be 'present' in that moment.
2. How many video frames (IDeckLinkVideoFrame) could be scheduled as maximum?
Thank you for your support,
Gabriel Solsona
