Failing to Render h.264 on Windows 10

I'm trying to render .mp4 video file types using quicktime and h.264 as the codec but it still keeps failing to render. I have also tried DNxHR 444

I am using Windows 10.

I have tried with 1080p .mp4 video and 4k .mp4 video
