IVideohubDiscovery in VB.NET

I’m trying to create a client, for my Videohub, using its SDK, and believe I need to reference the 'IVideohubDiscovery' object. However, I am creating this client in VB.NET and can’t seem to code this object correctly for use. Can anyone provide any help with this?.......an example would be great if possible guys.
