Half width Intensity Pro 4K capture from Garmin VIRB 360

Capturing 2160p29.97 from the Garmin VIRB 360 results in lines being half the correct width (1920 rather than 3840) with random data in the other half. The attachment (using the CapturePreview SDK sample on a Windows 10 PC, card driver 10.9.3, SDK 10.9) shows the 360 capture in the left half with data from a previous capture and random data in the right half. Media Express displays just black image. Duplicating the pixels from the left half results in a correct image although obviously at half resolution. Connecting the VIRB 360 HDMI directly to a 4K monitor seems to work fine.

Any thoughts as to what is happening?

Hi Richard,

The described issue appears to match an existing ticket with the Intensity Pro 4K with 4K RGB sources in Desktop Video 10.9.3.

While this ticket is addressed, capture will be correct with a 4K YUV signal (if the input source supports switching to YUV), alternatively it is understood that this issue does not affect Desktop Video 10.7.1

Sorry for the inconvenience,

-nick

Hi
I've got same issue on 10.11.2 (and totally same models)
Is this issue still not solved?
the camera seems to be it doesnt have YUV out option
is there any update plan with this solution ?
