VS 2015 Compile errors with DecklinkPlayback.vcxproj

Build produces tons of errors like:

amextra.cpp
1>C:\Program Files (x86)\Microsoft Visual Studio 14.0\VC\atlmfc\include\atlwinverapi.h(710): error C3861: 'LCMapStringEx': identifier not found

Could someone confirm this project can build?

I believe this is an issue with the current version set for _WIN32_WINNT.
