Decklink Micro Recorder

I just obtained a Decklink Micro Recorder (mini PCI) card. It seems this card has got a driver which is not in Video Post software. I tried to innstall the card with the latest video post software with no success. Than I checked the inf files one by one and discovered that the cards definition is not in the inf files. So there should be a different driver for this card.
This card is PCI-e m2 interface which I install to a shuttle pro pc with m2 interface
The OS I am using is Windows 10
Event the card is a PCI-e M2 card the Hardware ID Windows 10 shows me is : USB\VID_1EDB&PID_BDA1
How can I obtain the driver for this card?
