Uncompressed AVI File Render to Decklink SDI

I was hoping some kind person could offer a code example of how to do this simple task. I have been able to create a directshow graph that uses the WDM Decklink filter, but do not understand how to translate that to .net code. I noticed there also is a Decklink Renderer filter but could not get that to work in Graphedit.

I can't seem to get any graphs connected to the "BlackMagic WDM Renderer" or the "Decklink Video Renderer", can you post your graph? Render file does not connect to any of them and when I try to connect a filter I get "No combination of intermediate filters....".
