Arduino Pinout

I recently tried out the Arduino shield to control an Ursa. The shield works fine on an Arduino Uno, but I am trying to control it with a custom PCB using a standalone Atmega168. What pins does the shield actually need for proper communication? Is it just A4 and A5 for I2C communication and VIN and Ground to supply power to the Arduino? Or are there more?

No that is all you need. As illustrated in the manual. ;)
