DeckLink SDI Micro - Linux?

PostTue Jun 05, 2018 9:24 pm

Hi Blackmagic,

I’m using an nVidia TX1 A57 SoC in a product of ours running Ubuntu on Arm64/Aarch64 and I would like to add HD-SDI output from our application (a live video stream coming into the SoC via MIPI CSI)

Do you have any drivers available for mainstream Linux?
Is it possible to register your card as a frame buffer or how does it work in practice?

Thanks
Lasse

Hi Lasse,

The Desktop Video software is only supported by x86 + x86_64 architectures.

See Desktop Video SDK FAQ at https://www.blackmagicdesign.com/support/faq/59024 - [Linux] Support for ARM Platforms

Regards
Cameron
