Looking for a capture card that can decode the DID and SDID

I have a Decklink Duo 2, and before a start writing code to extract the DID and SDID in a video packet. I want to make sure that the capture card can provide me all the packet information, or do I need to move to a newer capture card? I would be using SDK 10.11.4
