usbc bmpcc4k control + ronin S

DJI say there is no camera control available for usbc on the bmpcc4k. Is that true?
I'm sure they could add the bluetooth api to their ronin app.

The camera is not controlable trough USBC. The only way is LANC or Bluetooth! ;)

Ok question is is possible for an app to work with 2 bluetooth devices? So the ronin s is connected to the iPhone and the iPhone also connected to the bmpcc4k?

I guess this would need tweaking in code probably more than is worth it for dji

I am assuming there has been no update to this situation. Rather a shame given that the Ronin S comes with a Ronin-S Multi-Camera Control Cable (Type-C) and the BMPCC4K has a USBc port.

Then again, we do have something better to do with that USBc port, but still, it would be nice to see it working since we have available on the Ronin S.

I think I read on a DJI forum that they are interested in adding support. Now that Blackmagic has given USB access, it's up to DJI to add support. They just came out with a firmware update a few days ago but I didn't see any updates about the BMCC. So I guess we wait.

You are not likely to see any added support from BMD on the BMCC...

There is another discussion here regarding the BMPCC4K-Ronin S https://forum.blackmagicdesign.com/viewtopic.php?f=2&t=103217
In short, there is the beginnings of support but they have more work to do getting reliable communications.
