MX Light v2 Streaming/Recording software released

Here's some of the highlights of the new version:

: New Streaming system:

• updated preset editor & new presets for ease of use & greater control, including cropping and volume adjustment
• support for authenticated RTMP streaming
• improved bandwidth utilisation, allowing higher bitrates on the same connection in comparison to v1.x
• reduced latency mode available in RTMP preset (under advanced options), which can reduce latency by up to 3 seconds
• improved FMLE .xml streaming profile import. Can now import a much wider range of files
• improved HLS streaming. Now compatible with more FTP servers.
• increased stream reliability for longer streaming durations.

: Recording / Processing:

• improved mp4 conversion. Now compatible with NLE's such as Sony Vegas
• improved recording operation across a wider array of system configurations

Thanks for new version. I'm very satisfy with the soft (use basic function for me).

Have a problem to mean what the function of the numbers ahead the choice "high" (in your example on site 32 and 1)
I thouhgt it was level so search and find on wikipédia that is was "a degree of required decoder performance for a profile". But the level go from 1 to 5.2 so it can be that ?

I use MxLight for live and records from 2 months and I made an error for my last records (don't control well but search to be better).

At least, Dailymotion advise to record at max 4 Mbps for archive so looking for the best compromise to have better archives. For stream, need to use the re-encode function cause in France, high upload internet connexion are uncommon - place where whe are playing bocce).

Well, sometimes searching alone is better to understand (and realise stupid questions).
Upload Mxlight V2, the first number is variable when choose the Mbps level. So deducted that it was effectively the number Level. Wikipédia : "As the term is used in the standart, a "level" is a specified set of constraints that indicate a degree of required decoder performance for a profile".
In example, the level 3.2 (32) has as max video bit rate for video coding layer 25 Mbps, who are not reach with the 20 Mbs choose. For the 1 number, reponse is on the site "NB : the hardware encoder generates 1 key-frame per second, this cannot be changed. Sorry I discover this world, please correct me if wrong interpretation.
