Just rang Video Guys and they still don't have them, any idea when they be available in Melbourne?

Also what's the chance of a second TB port so they can be used inline with other TB devices? TB displays have to be the terminating device in a TB chain, so with only a single TB port on my MBP it's kind of limiting to not have pass thru TB on this device.

I'd expect them to be available at your local reseller within the next week, if they aren't there already.

There are currently no plans to add a second TB port, but feedback and suggestions are always welcome!

Their distributor had them they just hadn't seen it yet

On that score a TB splitter might be an idea too… rememeber MBPs only have one TB port and any ext monitor must be a terminating TB device.

The site that I purchased this mini recorder from (October 10th order date) now says that they are "backordered". What kind of time frame are we talking for additional shipments to retailers?
