The Digital Cinema Society has announced an event featuring the Blackmagic Cinema Camera. This event will feature presentations from cinematographers Jim Geduldick and Jon Carr, who will show their BMCC footage and relate their practical experience. Representatives of Hollywood DI will discuss how to get the most out of the camera throughout the color correction process. A Blackmagic Design Rep will also be on hand to answer questions, provide a little hands-on with the camera, and raffle off a copy of DaVinci Resolve Software. As an added bonus, Ryan Schorman of Wooden Camera will show off their innovative accessories specifically designed to support the new camera.
Doors open at 9:30AM for registration and continental breakfast with presentations from 10AM to Noon.
This is a free event, but seating is limited. Register now by emailing
