Hi Christine,

Looks like you guys have been busy!
Was looking at a 2 M/E but looks like the 4K may be a better solution for us.
But need some info clarified please.
We would be looking at:
-a couple of GoPros
-a camera in 1080/720 via SDI and HDMI
-a laptop or two
-picture in picture (ideally 3 images)
But want to make sure this product can do all of that.

Can you please clarify some things on this product. No info/slightly unclear on the website and no manual yet so:
-From what I read, it looks like you can have a combination of formats (unlike the other ATEM products). Is that correct? ie could have a GoPro Hero 3 in 4K (both on HDMI), an HD-SDI camera at 1080, a laptop coming in at 720p etc Do they all have to be the same frame rates and am I correct in my understanding of the resolution capabilities?
-The 2 M/E can do supersource multilayering, with up to 4 picture in pictures, from the image on the website, it looks like it can do multilayering, but only with 2 sources on a picture in picture? Is that correct, or can it do more? I know tech specs says it can do 4 layers, but what does that actually entail?
-With the aux out, in tech specs it says it is SDI; is that HD, SD or 4K or switchable?
-With the program output, with the HDMI out is that 4K only or switchable to 1080 or 720?
- with the program output from the tech specs it looks like one of the SDI outs is permantently down converted and the other one can be 4K, HD-SDI or SD-SDI?-No support for 720p60?
-Though looking at the GoPro specs for 4K; lookis like not compatible; 15 or 12.5 fps, so would have to do 1080 or 720
-with HDMI it will automatically pick up the difference between a computer and a camera?
-If you are connecting a computer via a DVI extender, it needs to be in the HD video supported format rather than the computer supported format?
-Cannot do 1080p in or out?

Know with NAB you are probably ridiculously busy, thanks for your time
Daniel
