Legal Problem: Trademark Infringement of Davinci Resolve TM?

I'm sure others of noted that if you search for DAVINCI RESOLVE in Bing or DuckDuckGo, the first few hits (i) display the word DAVINCI RESOLVE, but (ii) link to nchsoftware.com/videopad and https://filmora.wondershare.net.

At the competitor websites, the download is not for Davinci Resolve, but for VideoPad and Filmora software.

On discussion forums, even in user comments on Davinci youtube tutorials, I have seen new beginners getting confused at having downloaded Filmora or VideoPad unwittingly due to this apparent mis-use of Blackmagic's trade mark.

Is Blackmagic corporation doing anything about this?

Do employees of BMD read this "off topic" forum, or should I re-post this in the Davinci Resolve forum where I know BMD staff read those posts.
