Shipping to Blackmagic for repair QUESTION

PostSat Oct 26, 2013 5:37 am

I'm sending my BMCC for repair of "faulty battery."
Anyways, do I wait for a shipping box or do I package it and ship it to them myself?

I asked this on the phone when I called support and I swore he said they send me a box to ship it in but it's been a week and no box has shown up.

Anyone here have experience with this?

You should have received an email with the shipping label to send the camera in. As far as a box goes, that's to your discretion. We do remind you that we do not cover damage during transit resulting in poor packaging so please make sure you secure the camera properly in the box you choose to ship it in.

garanzia ATEM 1

PostWed Oct 30, 2013 8:53 pm
