Bought a lot of stuff from BM now and was searching in the forums for some answers and it is very obvious that BM need somone that takes more care of their customers.
Questions left out, wrong shipping dates on the web, frustrated customers.
It´s really simple. Hire one person with direct line to management and give him/her the mandate to answer all questions DAILY and also make updates to the website that is correct.
It will pay itself in notime, it´s a no brainer.
Just some friendly input and in no intention to start a flame thread.
