Viewfactor Kudos

I just wanted to drop a line about josh and curt at viewfactor. I had some major hic ups in my orders, and they corrected them (overnight) every time.

Yeah, I am not taping pacific rim, yeah I am a small time guy 3K miles away, but they still took care of me. Buy from the small guys, they will take care of you

Super helpful and great customer service. I had an issue with a part of my BMCC cage and it was replaced without question. They shipped the replacement on the same day.
