input lag xbox one 3x1 monitor setup cap card view

so im setting up 5760x1080 over 3 monitors. But my source is an xbox one, which maxes out at the 4k resolution and cant use software. So my idea is to run my xbox one through a capture card so my computer can run the software needed for the 3 screens to run the 5760x1080.
The black magic intensity pro i have read has little input lag but i am looking for something with ms response time between 1-5 since this will be used for live gaming.
what black magic (or any graphics card) has the least amount of input lag?
