It's also paid for itself a few times over and my clients are all very happy with the work I've done with it. Of course, I've had clients quite happy with the projects I've shot on my T2i. Normally I wouldn't answer a post like this but your last comment about a broken touch screen (the only way to operate the camera) being the operators fault is just insane. How happy would your clients be if you had started a job just to cancel it because your equipment didn't work.
READ the post, I didn't complain about a WORKING camera, I complained about a BROKEN camera so don't compare my experience with yours.
Being without a camera while it's away for repairs is not an option for me and since they don't want to replace it, it gave it back.
