Fixed Wing Cinema Drone?

PostThu Apr 11, 2024 3:11 pm

Hello!

This is my first post!

Does anyone know of a fixed wing Remotely Piloted Aircraft System(drone) platform that can carry a Black Magic Mini?

I'm trying to figure out a way to shoot a channel in my city that is 47km(29mi) long in a single take.

I want to avoid rotary, as this would require cuts in the footage.

Thanks!!

My Biases:

You NEED training.
You NEED a desktop.
You NEED a calibrated (non-computer) display.

Change lens… is a drone shoot… you not need of ultra fish eyes lens…
If you see wings you have too larger lens choose.

I would guess that low cruising speed and almost 50km would require an unsustainable amount of battery and size of a rotary compared to fixed wing solution.

You might be able to get some guidance over at rcgroups forum and their sub forums.
