That's got to be a typo, right?
Meanwhile, the Magic Lantern project may deliver similar functionality sooner. We shall see.
P.S.: It's also weird marketing on Canon's part. Announcing clean HDMI for the 5DM3 now, so far ahead of the firmware update's availability, may actually dampen sales of some of Canon's other products, such as the C100, etc. Obviously part of the intention is to cause FUD in the minds of Nikon, BMCC & Sony customers, but arguably just as many if not more Canon customers may be confused by it, too.
