BMD support is great !

I would just like to say that I have had an excellent experience with BMD support. Probably the best customer support that I've ever had. I hope that's the case for everyone else as well.

did they help you out with your problem? did they fix it?

I had a totally different experience with the same issue, they said to me that unfortunately the glass and the sensor is on the main board and can not be removed and to fix it would be impossible, they have to exchange the camera and I should use my extended warranty for that... in other words they refused to help me.

I am desperate... how can I fix this? I need the camera on a documentary shoot in less than a month!!!
