Product Warranty

Hello!

I purchased new DeckLink Mini Recorder on Amazon
Recieve package. Package and card is not damaged. (factory packaging is not broken)
When i insert into pc - card is not detected.
Drivers and software is installed.
I tested card in 3 PC - card is not detected (in device manager Windows 8/7/xp)

buyer answer me: "Please contact Blackmagic Support to see if they can assist you.
If they cannot help you, please let us know."

I contacted with Technical Support (Albert Chu):

If the DeckLink is not detected in three different systems, I can get you set up with an RMA to get it back here and checked out. If faulty, our RMA tester will try to do a repair. If they are unable to, they will swap it for a new unit. If it is working, we do send the same unit back. If this is something you would like to do, please follow the instructions below.

With NAB last week, we had a very busy week and email responses may be a tad behind schedule. That said, he is diligently working through emails and you should hear back from him shortly.
