How long service takes?

My bmcc went to " I don't do anything" mode and send it to dealer for overhauling. It has been almost a month now. How long these things usually take?

I tried to ask then and at first they said they don't know and now they don't answer me anymore.

I would suggest calling into our UK office and speak with them about this situation so they can get in contact with that company on your behalf and figure out what is going on.
