Posted: Sun Jan 06, 2013 5:54 amSome would disagree with me, but if you're not mixing it, then almost anything is fine. If you do want something that can do the job, anything considered a "Studio Monitor" will suffice until you send the project to get mixed.
A smaller pair is usually a good idea for home, I've got a piar of 5" Tapco's at home and they do the job great. I don't think they exist anymore, but they're cheap, and have a pretty flat response for the money.

Posted: Sun Jan 06, 2013 10:35 amReally great , small, cheap monitors are KRK VXT-4.. Sounds fantastics for 4" speaker.. Price is abot 600 eur for pair..
