Hi there,

New to this great forum, and I am curious if there are more Blackmagic Production Studio 4k users from The Netherlands?

Here's another one. We' re using an ATEM 1 M/E 4K at our church. Still setting everything up for video streaming actually. For ease of use we've also purchased an x-keys 80.

Hi Bert,

Wat heb je nodig? What do you need? :)

We've a lot of Blackmagic equipment in use and for rental. What's your question?

Is there a working solution for the Apple TV3 to work with the Blackmagic Production Studio 4k?

I've read a lot of (expensive) solutions online.

BTW. I managed to get the AppleTV3 to work with the Blackmagic Production Studio 4k
through the BM VideoAssist.

ATV3->HDMI in->VideoAssist->HDMI out->Blackmagic Production Studio 4k

Kind regards/ groeten

What resolution is your Studio 4k configured?

I think the Apple TV3 will be the same as TV2. 1080P output.

But when in need. Always use a Decimator MD-HX :P
Or Broadcastgear HD2HD Which also does scaling on a high level.

Hi Bert,

I've also tried to get the TV3/TV2 worked on the ATEM Switcher, only without the Teranex scaler i can't get it worked cause my production switcher worked on 1080i (because all the camera's does), and the Apple TV can't work on something else than 1080P. So you need to convert the signal with a expensive solution :(

Otherwise... i don't know where you want tu use the AppleTV for, but change your workflow and use a laptop/macbook with XBMC.

Succes ermee!
