My Mini 4k Has No ProRes XQ

I recently received my URSA mini and there is as the title suggests absolutely no ProRes 444 record modes. It has the lower 422 ProRes and RAW but thats it. The software is up to date. Does anyone else have this problem? Does anyone know if I will receive one of the other broken Mini4k cameras that was sent back to BM because the camera was no good that they "fixed" if i try to exchange it?
