Telephone Customer Service

Has anyone had any success trying to reach tech support by phone? My experience with Blackmagic's
customer service by phone has been terrible! And the operator is unapologetic. Their response is
First come, first serve....it may take up to an hour to speak to someone.

There are times where the phones can get backed up and we apologize for that. We do have a queue system that is first in, first out.
